When we got there it was super cold, and snowing off-and-on. We started off by backpacking all our gear to camp. After arriving at camp we stowed all our gear and one group worked on splitting firewood while another worked on putting up the flag. We went on a hike on the afternoon of the first day. The path was around the camp. Next, we had trouble building a fire because of the snow and cold. Us [the boys] were playing a D&D game throughout the campout. Once we were heading home everyone was freezing, and we all just wanted to get home and take hot showers. The scouts present for the polar bear were Maxwell C., Sam E., Ayden H, and Michael P. The adult leaders there were Mr. Deran and Mr. Makowski .
