Trip Plan for Parish Festival

Scouts and Parents:

There is still time to sign up for the Assumption Festival, Friday August 8^th through Sunday August 10^th.

Volunteering at the Festival is a great chance for Scouts to earn service hours and hone their Scout skills. Adults have the chance to meet new people.

During the festival, scouts will be cooking and selling S’mores at our booth.

Below are shift times for all of our Functions. Scouts, pick at least one shift time. Parents, please pick at least one shift time per scout.

Class A uniforms are worn for Flag Raising and Saturday Procession

Class B uniforms are worn for all other shifts

Please use the Festival Sign-Up Sheet to pick the shifts you would like to volunteer. Be sure to sign in at the binder at our booth to record your service hours

Wednesday, August 6^th

6-8 pm Set Up Need 3 adults, 3 scouts

Thursday, August 7^th

6-8 pm Set Up 4 adults, 4 scouts

Friday, August 8th

4:30-5:30 pm Flag Raising (Wear Class A’s)

5 -8 pm 1 scouts 0 adults

8-11 pm 3 scouts 1 adults

Overnight 11pm 7 am 4 scouts 2-3 adults

Saturday, August 9^th

1-4 pm 4 scouts 2 adults

3:30- 4 pm Procession (Wear Class A’s) As many scouts and Adult leaders as possible

4-7pm 4 scouts 2 adults

7-10 pm 4 scouts 2 adults

Overnight 4-6 scouts 2-3 adults

Sunday, August 10^th

1-4 pm 4 scouts, 2 adults

4-7 pm 4 scouts, 2 adults

7-10 pm 6 scouts 3 adults Clean up

Please use the Festival Sign-Up Sheet to pick your volunteer times. Feel free to sign-up for as many shifts as you want.

You can also sign up at the Troop meeting on Tuesday August, 5^th.
