Trip Plan for Camporee

Date and Time of Departure: Friday, September 9th, 5:00pm - Old Church.

Leaders: Mr. Booth, Mr. Wrabel, Mr.Mayher, Mrs. Mayher

Purpose: A fun filled event designed to test your scouting skills against other patrols from troops within our district.

Uniform: Class "A" uniform during retreat, vespers, and campfire. Class "B" uniform, Troop T-shirt, for wear during the day on Saturday (weather permitting).

Location: Cleveland MetroParks Brecksville Reservation, Meadows

Cost: $10 per scout (permission slip and fee due at troop meeting on August 16th)

Estimated Time of Return: Sunday, September 11th, 10am

Items to Bring:

• Scout Outdoor Essentials (see handbook)
• Camping Gear and Extra Clothing (see handbook)

10:30pm--- Get ready for bed

6am--------Cooks get up

7am--------Breakfast/cleanup

8-9:15am--Final practice for events

9:30am-----Events

12-1:30pm-Lunch-cook, eat, cleanup

1:30pm----Events

4-5pm-----Skit auditions (this is for points, bring skit suggestions)

5:30-7:30--Dinner-cook, eat, cleanup

8pm-------Campfire

10:30pm---Get ready for bed

11pm------Taps & lights out

8-9am-----Breakfast and cleanup

9:15am----Closing Ceremony

9:45am-----leave Metroparks

10:00am--Arrive at church parking lot, behind old church, help clear gear and assign tents & tarps for cleanup
